The Ejaculation Chart (OMG / PURE)
A clinician tool to map a patient's ejaculation across the three OMG events (orgasm, pelvic-floor muscle contractions, semen expulsion) and score the PURE dimensions (pleasure, urge, readiness, euphoria, 0-10) so you can classify the presentation (early, delayed, weak, leakage, dribble, dry/retrograde) and guide the patient conversation.
When and how to use
Use this chart with any man who reports an ejaculatory complaint: finishing too fast, taking forever, not being able to finish, a weak or dry ejaculation, or leakage and dribble. Have him map his own experience across the three OMG events (orgasm, the pelvic-floor muscle contractions, and the semen expulsion) and score each PURE dimension (pleasure, urge, readiness, euphoria) from 0 to 10. The pattern that emerges tells you where the problem lives: a present orgasm with weak contractions points to the pelvic floor; no orgasm at all points to a central arousal or medication issue worth referring; a normal orgasm with no expulsion plus cloudy urine afterward points to retrograde ejaculation. It also normalizes the conversation, because he is mapping his own body rather than being told he is broken.
